Hello,
Please run the aofo wizard from the BE GUI and lower the minimum quiet time required to two mins and check the results.

IF you have AOFO installed and your getting in-use skipped then AOFO is not intializing properly and grabbing the files.

I have set the minimum quiet time to 120 seconds and still get the same results.
Hello Richard,
Could you please elaborate on what type of files are the Filemaker files?
Are you using the AOFO option?
Try just backing up these files and verify the results.
