我使用的是Windows server 2008 R2操作系统，从系统的事件里面看每秒钟都会有这个事件上报。
另外VCS的Veritas high availablity engine服务总是会自动停止。如下，需要我手动启动才可以

Which version of SFW-HA is installed?
The issue has been seen with verisions SFWHA 5.1SP1 and SFWHA 5.1 SP2. The error 7034 is a known issue with the versions referenced. This is resolved with Cumulative Patch 16. I have included the link below: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH199453
