Please let me know Veritas Operation Manager 5.0 needs license to deploy on VM Linux box ? since i didn't find the license information in VOM FAQ page and there are no commands to verify the  VOM 5.0 software expiry date after deployment on Linux VM . I need to know if this product really license to run and we want to make use of this product for Linux and Solaris servers running Veritas foundation enterprise products.

You can use Veritas Operations Manager (VOM) at no additional cost for managing your Storage Foundation hosts that are current on maintenance. If you would like to discover hosts that are not using Storage Foundation, only then you need licenses for VOM Advanced.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Mayank for your help  , is there any option to verify VOM 5.0 software for expiration date since i have downloaded VOM5.0 and installed it on Linux VM box , so i want to makesure this software doesn't expire after 1 or 2 months.

There is no expiration date to VOM. In case you have any doubt on licensing, you can also view the VOM Entitlement Report under the licensing tab on the top. This will clearly tell you if you need any VOM Advanced licenses.
