Hola...

Hi,

Re-enter your license keys that you have and check to see if this is resolved.

Thanks!

Sameer: Why are you posting links for errors...the OP does not have errors in his backups, but is querying why his software shows that it is in trial mode.

How are these links you have provided him going to help at all?

Thanks!

During a repair there is no need to enter in license keys. If you don't have them, and don't have the serial key file, then you need to contact Symantec's licensing department with your customer # to get them.

Thanks!

...on the Terminal Server error: continue with the installation, or run the session with admin rights. It will install.

...looks like you have a tape drive missing. Verify if so, otherwise continue with the installation.

...ignore the message regarding installing SAV...it's a cheap attempt to get you to install it, but is not required at all! Same with SEP!

...you're also running what appears to be unsupported versions of SQL which will make backing them up impossible. Only way around this is to upgrade your version of SQL or downgrade to a version of BE that supports SQL 2000...

Thanks!

Thanks...

Ahora he intentado instalar BE 11 y tambien tengo problemas, en este caso:

03-04-2013,19:37:18 : Installing .Net Framework 2.0.
03-04-2013,19:37:18 : .NET Framework was detected. Skipping install.
03-04-2013,19:37:18 : V-225-55: A release candidate version of .NET Framework was found on the server. Remove it using Add/Remove programs, then restart the BE install. ***To search for information about this error, click here
03-04-2013,19:37:18 : Failed to install third party products.

Check the TN below and then try the installation again:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...

Is there perhaps an antivirus on the server that might be blocking the installation?

Thanks!
