I run the setup for the client instalI I get Program Compatibility Assisant "this program has comp issues" - "Program: SAV Corp edition 8, 9 and 10" When I run it anyway, I get "This version of SAV Win64 does not support Windows Vista Platforms."

Well, I cant uninstall SP1

Well, I cant uninstall SP1 because it was part of the original installation. Will Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition 12.1 suffice?

hi

SMB has less features  compared to SEP 12.1 Enterprise.

SEP 12.1 should run fine...

Yes, only a client is needed

Yes, only a client is needed because the SSC is 10.1 which I believe cant manage 11 or 12. Until the SSC is upgraded I guess this 2008 box will have to use Live Update.
