I am about to do PST migrations.  Many users here panic over little things like mail disappearing from their PST files, even if they have received an e-mail from EV saying their files are about to be processed.  I would like to set up role based administration so our phone support staff can view the PST Migration tasks and see who is currently being migrated, but not change any settings.  All the tasks appear to allow management, and they do not recommend adding only operations.

 

Has anyone done something like this before and can share if/how they got it to work?
