Endpoint Protection

HI all,

One of client was infected with w32 sillyFDC a few days back symantec detected and quarantines the virus and there were other trojans and downloaders also that were quarantines.
Now my computer is working very slow C drive has no space left.
When I open Symantec Endpoint and click on view quarantine my computer hangs.
I am not able to use this computer because of that.
Please help how can I make this laptop working again.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Quarantine

 GO AHEAD and delete it the CONTENTS of this folder

Go to

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\
File ful control to Quarantine folder( Right click - properties)
open the quarantine folder
delete whatever is inside
now go to start - run
type smc -stop wait for few secs
and type smc -stop
now open sep and try to view the quarantine.

I am deleting the files from quarantine folder but it is taking a long time.
Will update you if this fixes my issue.
