If you have installed the

If you have installed the client as manged it will come in the SSC.

By copying GRC.DAT and certificate you can make a client manged. Once you make all the pc's as managed then it will appear in the SSC console.....

Hi

Yes you are correct, 10.1 is not compatible with vista.

Install only Symantec AntiVirus 10.2 or later on Windows Vista. Earlier versions (10.1 and earlier) will not work correctly and may cause damage to your computer,

Release notes for Symantec AntiVirus 10.2 Client for Vista and Windows Server 2008

download 10;.2 from https://fileconnect.symantec.com
key in your serial number
download 10.2
first upgrade your SSC , then push the install to clients
install it on vista, you should now able to see all theclients in SSC
