VIP Acces Client now showing

Hello,

I have installed, uninstalled and re-installed the VIP Access Client on a Windows 7 x64 Ent laptop many times.  When trying to open the VIP Access Client, it will not show but the "VIPAppService.exe" and "VIPUIMAnager.exe" processes show are running in task manager.  I never see it saying "Activating...", I never see a code, I never see the Credential ID... NADDA.  I install this application on many machines and it doesn't happen all the time.  When it does happen, SOMETIMES uninstalling and re-installing works.  But no luck on this one this time.

Anyone know what this solution is?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Mark,

Have you attempted to activate VIP Access Desktop while in safe mode, just in case there is another process interferring with the activation? You may wish to reach out to VIP Access support channels for further troubleshooting. Please see the following page for more information:
