    Dear Sir,

    I am symantec endpoint user. My network is virous infected. It is not proper work, so not cleaned virous in my network. Please resolve this problem

    How may clinets are infected? are your clients mangaed by SEPM? whats the latest defs you scanned with, did u scan in safe mode? Did you submit  the virus? Did you scan with malwarebytes did it find something

    Your SEPM server is updated?

    Have you run the full scan on systems to clean the virus?

    If you find any suspicious file which is not remove after the scan submit it to symantec for analysis.

    Run the symhelp utility and submit the report to symantec.
