Virtual Vault and Shared mailbox

Hello all,
I have Virtual Vault for my own, and for a 'shared' mailbox. This mailbox is a functional one, where support requests come in. This mailbox is accessible for about 10 users.
At the moment, I am the only one having access to the functional mailbox's Virtual Vault.
What happens when we get more users having a virtual vault for this mailbox and we start re-arranging items etc. Can this cause conflicts, hangs? We do not allow manual archiving, nor restores.
Anyone having a similar configuration, what are your experiences?

Mailbox Owners Only

Only the mailbox owner can make changes within the Virtual Vault, to all other's it's READ ONLY.
