Virtualize Notification Server 7?

Wondering if it's possible to virtualize Notification Server 7?

Virtualize NS 7

I also need this info I am currently running DS on one box and NS on another and both need to be replaced soon. I would like to upgrade to NS7 when I do this  and need to know the drawbacks of virtualizing one or both of them.
