    Hi,

I am getting a case which the SEP11 is disable by antivirus and task manager, regedit all are disable too.
Even I want to install the SEP11 again also fair, in safe mode I am getting the blue screen.

Anyone is facing this before? Please advise on how to remove the virus as I am using the malwarebyte does not remove the virus also.

    Hi Pete,

Noted. But the chances for successful cleaning all these viruses are higher or just normal?

The chances for removal are higher..however if it fails there are few custom made tools to rectify issue with taskmanager, regedit, msconfig
Run that tool ( https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/downloads/simple-utility-reset-folder-options-show-all-hidden-enable-registry-editing-enable-task-ma  ).Try installing SEP and scan with latest defs
Or you can also try scanning with Norton Power Eraser ( http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.asp )

The problem is I can't even install the antivirus. I try the SEP11, Avira all fail only the malwarebyte are successful.
