    Hi everybody,

i`m having some trouble with SEPM 12.1 console. The virus and Risks summarys is showing alerts for some machines, with tha alerts dates being last year.

The curious thing is that I have more machines with exactly the same file in the same folder in other machines and SEPM doesnt report that as an alert.

I`ve created some group exceptions to all of this machine, but i imagine this ones arent applying them correctly. I`ve already checked the registry of those machines and the exceptions are there.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    What's the version of 12.1?

    Can you share a screenshot?

    The version is 12.1.671.4971.

A screenshot of what? The alerts?

You're a few versions behind, which is why I wondering about a screenshot. It may be just a cosmetic issue resolved in a later version.

If i search in the Logs for the Risk logs, I`ve selected one of the machines that i still have on Virus and Risks summary and the log doesn`t show anything...

Than it sounds like it is either cosmetic or the DB was not properly updated.

Have you run a scan on the affect machine to see if it comes back "clean"?

They already ran several scans and always come out clean,

Like i said earlier, it`s even worse because theu have an exception for that file
