Endpoint Protection

Virus updates error message:

Virus definitions updates failed to download 0000001

It comes through my Update Server and so I tried to perform a Live update using the Symantec Antivirus update and I am getting the message that is telling me that the service is allready.  Can someone tell me what is the name of the "service" that i should be looking for.  so I could possibly cancel it and restart it.

Check for LUupdate.exe

it should be LUALL.exe and LU~coms.... kill these in the taskmanger and then run Live update

It looks like you are still using Symantec AntiVirus rather than Symantec Endpoint Protection - that older product is no longer supported.  Please migrate your network's protection to SEP as soon as possible!
