  • 1.  Virus Definition dont Updated from Nov 16 2011

    Hello

    I have all my clients with the virus definition from November 16 2011.

    I try to download using Live Update from SEPM but I receive a message Virus Definition not found for 32 / 64bits

    I try to download manually the JDB file but I receive a Error when I try to insert to the database.

    I have fully internet connection and No Firewalls or Blocks

    The Proactive Threat Protection show Nov 24 2011 but the Visrus & Spywares Protection and the Network Threat Protection shows Nov 16 2011

    Whats Wrong? any idea how Can I fix this? Thanks

    FIXED

    I just run a repair of the Symantec Endpoint Manager on the SEPM Server and run the Live Update from the SEM

    Now The Latest Virus definition was downloaded and deplyed to all my clients.
