Any clients are directly

Any clients are directly reporting to this server?
If yes  what is the updation date of those clients?
Try by increasing the time range and create report and see anything is appearing
Create some other report and see any data is appearing.

Dear AravindKM, I think

Dear AravindKM,
I think you're not got the point. I have some SEP server, and runing SEPM MR4MP2. Only one server have a problem, which Virus Definition not appear on SEPM console. Everything on those server have same setting. So after trying to fix ang googling I found an error "Return Code =1".
According from this forum this problem error because of firewall and proxy, so I try to check again that setting. nothing change, same for all server.
When creating report, only Virus Definition Report show as ussually.
every clients are reporting to the server.

Hi,

Lets first check if the DB has that AV defs information... In the clients tab, when you change the "view" to Protection technology, you should be able to see the virus defs column... is it populating some information?... And also, try to get a computer status log from monitors-> logs... what does it say?

And oh, if the return code =1 for LU, the problem could be with the inventory or settings files of liveupdate.... Try running LUALL from the run command... It would give you more detailed error code which would help us... And before you do so, please goto control panel > Symantec LiveUpdate and change few things...

* Change mode to 'interactive' and error level to enhanced....

One last question, are the SEPMs replicated?

Cheers,
Visu.
