Reg,

Sameer , this is not an issue as such. The defintions release has been delayed because of some reasons.

this needs to be fixed soon
Maybe definations delays for some reasons but viruses wont be delayed. With more that 12,000 new viruses released daily we need it now!

.
I wish Symantec will notify us if the certified def is delayed
I wish Symantec will notify us if the certified def is delayed. defs are supposed updated few times a day, I have a script to check whether my SEPM are getting new def each day, sounds like Symantec will not skip 08/15 and release def on 08/16, if this is the case, Symantec should notify the customers so that we do not need to spend time to troubleshoot the issue internally.
I was wondering if the rapid release definitions from the link are for client installs or if I can install it for the manager and then update my clients from there? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
(No subject)
For the client you can use the .exe and for the SEPM you can jdb
