Running Anti-virus v.9 on Server 2003. Virus Definitions download but can't install and haven't been installing for a while. I ran LiveUpdate 3 times, the other component updates installed, Virus Definitions downloaded but the install failed each time. 1st & 3rd time the error message was LU1856 can't access file, 2nd time error message was LU6004 Due to a transmission error 1 or more LiveUpdate components failed internal authentication. Tried to get to Intelligent Update to see if that would work, the page was unavailable on the Symantec site. How do we update?
