I have SEPM 11.0.2010.25.
I suffered from the SEPM Definitions stay at 31-12-2009 problem, after running live update this was fixed.
Now my server has 2010-03-02 definitions but my clients are stuck on 2010-02-23.
Any suggestions?

The very first thing is to upgrade your SEPM atleast to MR4MP2 if possible MR5.
With that version o SEPM you cannot expect it to run without any problems..if it gets fixed today tommorow new issues will arrive.

I think your sep version is causing the issue, can you upgrade to MU5?

Added a dependency relationship for SMC service and System Event Notification service at startup.
