So now we tried to check with the client console it shows that its reporting to the server and showing the green dot. But in the manager its not showing up in any groups. we tried to add that partocular client , its adding but it does nt show up in any groups , if we search its there . So need to figure out whts going wrong with that client machine its becoz of virus or  any problem in SEPM or SEP? Help me To figure out the issue here please!

Do you have the green dot on the client to indicate server communication?

    Check the clients  GUI:

Help and support > Troubleshooting > Group

Verify that location with the SEPM.

Then check the clients logs if there are any entries:

Clients GUI > View logs > Client management.

Check for any errors or failed connection attempts.

Then back in the SEPM, Verify that it's not in user mode. Then you might want to check the heartbeat interval for that group as that client may be slow and gets repeatedly bumped off the queue during the update process.
