Submit the infected file to symantec for analysis

Tried malwarebytes... if you have samples submit to symantec and wait for the RapidRelease

Thanks for the post- there are experts here on the forum who can help.  However, can you supply a few more details?

• What leads you to the conclusion that athe computer is infected- what are the symptoms?  How many computers are involved?
• What Symantec product is installed on the computer, and what components of it are in use? (AV alone, AV + Firewall, AV + IPS + Insight?)
• Is anything being detected at the moment?  You wrote "not clean it properly" - what exactly are you seeing?
