    i have been facing a issue that one of my client computer is affected by virus (that has been blocking the task manager and even it is blocking the the anti virus progress) . no application is been running and anti virus is not detecting the virus 

     

     

    (note:the anti virus is been upto date updated)

    i cant able to login in safe mode.(it shows the window safe mode login is failed)

    then,how can i run the npe(norton power eraser) bcoz in normal login the application is not running and in safe mode is not working.

     

    note:the data in the client is important bcoz it contain all the information about the department

    so that is why, i am unable to format the client system
