I am wondering that virus file is not be detect by symantec. It is clearly seen that the file is virus.
Antivirus defintion is updated. Scan the number of time but still file is there.
How to remove it?

Did you run a full scan in safe mode?
Virus is detect by symantec if it has already reported to symantec. If it not come in signature then you are require to submit it for anaysis
