how can i remove the old symantec antivirus 9.0 on my laptop. Your technical team do not want to assist me.
Go to add/remove program and uninstall it.(For this in start-->run type appwiz.cpl and click ok)
What do you mean they do not want to assist? They refused?
I dont have a maintenance agreement so they advised me to purchase one. And I have already try the add remove program, its not working.
