This issue has been solved. See solution.

just want to know where or what link can we submit a sample virus that are not detected by SEP.

you can submit the sample

you can submit the sample virus on https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/essential.cgi.

 

Uploads may be a maximum size of 10MB.
You may upload multiple files at one time within a WinZip or WinRar formatted archive.
Uploads may contain a maximum of 9 files.
Uploads must not be password protected.
