Dear team,
we have recenly upgraded most of our clients to the version : SEP 12.1.4112 after update to this version - we are having serious issues for virus definitions. With the previous version we could maintain 99% compliance (Systems having definitions older than 3 days are just 1%)
Now with the current version : SEP 12.1.4112 only 60% of computer are having definitions which are less than 3 days. All of them are connected in network and they are supposed to receive the updates.
Can you please advise what should be causing this and possible solutions?
