Are getting this error while backing up any perticular vm?

Do you have BE2010 R3 installed ?
If not, download and install R3 first, you can just install it over the current installation.
Also run LiveUpdate to install all available updates.

the installed version of liveupdate on the system is already up-to-date
Does this issue occur with all VM's or with just one ?
Are you using vmware ? What version are you running on ?

This problem occurs with some VM
yes VMware vSphere 5
What is the transport method you have chosen ?
If it is SAN, can you switch to NBD, does it work then ?
You are not using vSphere 5.1 ? As that version is not yet supported.

c'est SAN, mais comment je peux passer à NBD,
Modify the job properties, there is somewhere a command to change to NBD.
Since you have this issue with only some VMs, did you check if the failing VMs are all on the same LUNs ?
If so, make sure the Backup Exec serer has access to the LUNs in order to do a SAN based backup.

STP c'est urgent , ce message apparu chaque sauvegarde de cet vm
