This issue has been solved. See solution.

What are all the log folders needs to be created in the client end for VM failure.

Have a look at cheatsheet of NBU logs : https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/which-logs-need-be-created-netbackup

Marianne had suggested best one. Simply ref troubleshooting section of admin guides for which logs is to be created. Cheatsheet mentions all in one ;-)

VMWare Backup Host logs:
<install path>\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpfis
<install path>\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpcd
<install path>\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpbkar
<install path>\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpVMutil
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Veritas\VxMS\logs

Media Server side logs:
<install path>\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bpbrm

 ESX Server side log:
/var/log/vmware/hostd.log
