Hello

I have added to vmware clients to a backup job with GRT enabled.

The backups are shown as successful, both the full and incremental, but when I try to run a restore from an incremental backup, I get this error message:

Job ended: Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 9:10:00 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0009741 - Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images. Restores that use Granular Recovery Technology may not be available from this backup set.
Final error category: Resource Errors

For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-38721

Any ideas? I'm a little stuck

Restore from Full backups work perfectly fine, but it's NOT perfectly fine to run full backups all the time!

Sorry for slow update on the issue, but this seems to be a problem with backups being run with DataDomain as a target.
I haven't been able to gather logs from this situation yet (but will do some more tests), but first of all, I want to find out if this is something that is common with such configuration. (BE2012 + DataDomain).

Another thing I see these kinds of installations have in common is that the VMs are showed as backed up (in the text field), but there is no "green lamp" there.
On a system with Backup Exec Deduplication Storage, everything seems to be updated correctly (the appliances are extremely well-behaving on this.
