We just setup a new VM server running vSphere 4. I was confused to find that the hard drives where not being discovered with our WinPE 2.1 image even though it works fine with ESX 3.5 servers. I figured I would just pull the latest SCSI driver from the VM Tools and rebuild my WinPE image with the new driver through the wizard. However, I have tryed every driver and still can't get it to mount any drives. Anyone know how to get around this?

I tried everything here:

What driver are you using in the VM?

In Vsphere 4 you have several scsi drivers that you can load.
Make sure your disk is Buslogic. this will usually work.
