    Hello,

I checked SEP admin guide & Symantec Connect in order to get informations to troubleshoot vSIC SVA but found nothing.

Actually, I need 2 things. The first one is to check SVA version. The information doesn't seem to be on the vShield Manager.

The second one is to troubleshoot connection between SEPM and SVA. The SVA isn't shown on SEPM (Monitors > Security Virtual Appliance), so I guess there was a problem on install (however I correctly followed instructions) or in the network communication.

    Thanks for the help.

In /etc/Symantec - did you place a copy of the Sylink.xml file in there? This is the communication file between server and client.

For the version, in Vmware vSphere, click on the host -> vShield tab and you should see the version number from there.
