Volume resolution error for (System State:\System Files\System Files)

Hi, we have been facing this issue on our Windows 2008 server. We have disabled WOFB and as well applied a patch that was supposed to fix thisi ssue. Please help..

what is your netbackup vesion in client?

does the server in Cluster and with shared Drives?

Hi, the client is on NB 7.1 and no this is not in cluster..

I had an issue with this not to long ago that entailed discovering an invalid volume path deep in the registry for a service.

I believe if you turn up verbosity to 5 on the effected client you should be able to discover the issue within the bpbkar and maybe bpfis if the issue entails volume resolution.
