I work in the Symantec Storage Management Product Development team. I am looking for a few volunteers  to talk to on how they use our software and documentation. I am looking for input on document formats, how our customers use it, about the level of detail, relevance and other related topics.
The conversations are one-on-one phone calls and may last 20-30 minutes. The input will be of great value to us to improve our product documentation.
