Check https://fileconnect.symantec.com/ and enter the serial number you got with the product. You'll be presented with a page with all the files that you have available to download.

Click the documentation relevant to your infrastructure:

• Symantec_DLP_10.5_Docs_Win-IN.zip
• Symantec_DLP_10.5_Docs_Lin-IN.zip

And look through the folder for the relevant document. You should find it there.

You won't find the BlueCoat Integration Guide for Web Prevent in the Symantec documentation for 10.5.  There was never an officially released guide for this (unless they have one now with the V11 documenation).  You need to refer to the BlueCoat documentation for setting up an ICAP server, which should show you exactly how to do it.

There are versions of a "non-official" guide on the integration floating around, which I think was primarly excerpted from the BlueCoat documentation.
