Vontu DLP Endpoint Agent behavior - If license is exceeded
I have a customer that is licensed for 250. They purchased 50 more and have 277 clients connected but many of them cannot connect.
Version is v11.1 for Enforce, Endpoint and Montor.
My question is what is the Vontu DLP Endpoint Agent behavior when a customer is over license? Does it cause problems with connectivity? Also when they run the installer it appears to run and install fine. When the system is rebooted the agent files are mysteriously gone (dont know if its related or not).
Just understanding what the behavior is would be good. I am not sure the 2nd license is applied correctly.
