Vontu Monitor service can't be started

Hi all,
The Vontu Monitor service is failed to start after upgraded from version 11.5 to 11.6.0. I have tried to upgrade it to 11.6.1 but this problem is not fixed. I am seeking for your help.

Have you checked MonitorController or VontuMonitor logs for any clues? There may be multiple reasons for Monitor services failing to start - some related to Java.
did you try to restart the vontu services? what user account was used for install?

Just restart the all vontu services in sequence mention in Admin guide and restart the services else restart the servers and see the status.
