GUIs have not been shipped with the product since 5.1. You can by following link Veritas Cluster Server Java Console, Veritas Cluster Server Simulator, Veritas Enterprise Administrator Console at http://www.symantec.com/theme.jsp?themeid=operations_manager and then login (signup for free) and download "Veritas Enterprise Administrator 3.4.30" for the platform you required (I would suggest installing on your client PC which I guess would be Windows or Linux). This version supports Veritas Storage Foundation 4.1, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0.
The recommended GUI for SF is now VOM which is a centralised GUI for managing many servers with VxVM and VCS, but this requires you install VOM software on a server and connect to it via a browser.

The required packages VRTSob and VRTSobgui were not ported to Solaris 11/SF 6.0 PR1

You will have to install VOM to access and GUI/BUI functionality.
Hope this helps,
