Hi n3m3sls,

This might be nothing.  The big question is "are Androids communicating through that Mobile Security Gateway?"  If you see any updates or information about your Androids in the admin GUI at all, then you can safely ignore this message.

There's a cosmetic defect where the MSG does not seem to correctly reflect its status when on a computer with non-US time and date formats.  My own server here has two MSG's that show up as "verify failed" though both work fine.  It's just that the SMP is having trouble updating the database with the "verified!" status due to an unexpected date format.

Please do update this thread with news whether something similar is going on with your server! &: )

All the best,

Mick

With thanks and best regards,

Mick

thanks for the help!!

Click on "Manage Android Devices."  If you see your ANdroids listed there with all their current details, then the MSG is working fine and you can ignore that "Install Failed."  If you have enrolled some Androids to the server and they are not appearing, or if the Android clients cannot enroll, then it is time to try re-deploying the MSG.  Let me know if you need any assistance doing that.

All the best,

Mick

Just a ping to see if the above has solved this thread for you?  Do provide an update, if time allows.
