Is there a way to give less options to the user on when they want to install a new SWD delivery task?  The current options are too broad for what we are needing to do.  Five minutes to a couple hours is what we're shooting for.

I just realized how unclear I was.  We're looking at giving the user one option and one option only.  We want to keep it similar to the windows notification that starts 10 days before it expires.  Everytime at login it warns them and asks if they want to do it now or next login.

Say give them one day and have the other options greyed out that is in the time period less than a day.  

the built in format has limited options. I think you'll find several posts from Kyle, Eshwar and Screenbert (and even a few downloads), that use VB or Wise scripts to customize the behavior.
