    Posted Apr 02, 2012 10:35 AM

    Hello,

In last version like 10.1.2 it worked bad, the error was the same. We updated to PGP 10.2.0 (Comp 2526) and it look that happening the same...

When you encrypt the laptop first time, only is necessary 1 login (only on bootguard and boot windows correctly) but when you change the user or add new user you need 2 login:

    1- Bootguard

    2- Ctrl + alt + supr ....

I think that it should not work thus...¿Any solution to correct this?

    Thanks,

    Regards.

Ok, thanks for you reply. I expressed myself bad in last message

There are not error message. I explain the procedure:

1- Install PGP and encrypt laptop with a domain user

2- Ok, reboot laptop and i put the password and start the operating system and user session withouth problem.

    Now:

3- I add new domain user (different) on laptop. OK

4- I reboot laptop and i put the password (of new user) and start the operating system but not the user´s session... S.O ask me log-in.... With the first domain user log-in automatically and when new users its fail...

Do you understund me now? Please let me know if you don´t understund some

    Thanks for all.

    Regards.
