Virtual Secure Web Gateway

I was wondering if there is anyway to get a usage report out of SWG 5.2.  The kind of information I have been asked to source from our Web Gateway are as follows.

How much data has been used over the month by the business.
How much data each user has downloaded over the month.

Is SWG 5.2 able to give me this or will I need a third party tool to get the info out of say a SYSLOG from SWG? 

Currently when you login to the admin console I can see "Raw Traffic Processed" but that is telling me numbers that are surely way off unless it is also counting local intranet sites.etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

The raw traffic processed, will depend on what the SWG is seeing, which in turn depends on the mode in which it's running (Inline/Tap/Proxy/mixture).  It's worth bearing in mind though that there's also an article (below) saying that older versions of the SWG incorrectly logged/reported the raw traffic processed counter, but doesn't confirm if it's been fixed in 5.2.

As far as reports go, there should be one specifically for "File Downloads" which might be useful to you.

Currently the setup is 'Proxy' 'Blocking' if I can't get any sort of bandwidth reports out of this I will have to build something else to sit infront of it to simply monitor the traffic going through and there goes my 'keep it simple' approach :(
