Guys,
Is there any provision for creating a SSL certificate CSR on web gateway so admins can provide required certificate accordingly? Our client has not much knowledge of MS CA and certificate creation.

There is not a way to generate a CSR on the SWG.
You can simply import a SSL certificate and Key.
This can be done in Administration -> Configuration -> Proxy -> SSL Deep Inspection Settings and the import options will be visible when you select use Imported Certificate.
