  • 1.  Web Gateway LAN Interface Down

    I just recently downloaded the trialware for the Symantec web gateway and imported it into my vSphere cluster. I've done the install and everything, however for some reason the LAN interface is saying that it is down and I don't know how to get it up.

    What mode is the SWG in?

    It is currently in Tap Monitoring mode.

    Then the management and monitor ports are the ports that would be expected to be up.
