    Hi all,

    Please help me with below,

    We have setup Symantec endpoint protection suit enterprise edition but unfortuntely web gateway is not working, other product such as endpoint and messaging gateway working fine.

    let me brief you more about the scenario,

    1) We have installed Symantec web gateway (Version 5.1) in virtual environment.
     
    2) Symantec Web Gateway os version = Linux 2.6.9-custom fedora core release 3
     
    3) Operating Mode selected for Symantec Web Gateway = SPAN/TAP Mode
     
    4) We are having Cyberoam firewall installed in our current environment. (Cyberoam CR50iNG)
     
    5) In Cyberoam single sign on is enabled and also we have configured web filtering in it.

    6) Proxy server

    Symantec web gateway virtual edition, we have setup due to some reason or another it is not working in our env,

    any help would be appreciable...

    Inbound and out bound traffic not seen on SWG

    Could you please assit with below query,

    how to configure SWG in virtual enviroment

    what are prerequistes,

    what provision i need to have,

    Virtual edition support Inline & inline proxy mode, we have proxy server in our env,

    can we integrate SWG with cyberroam firewall.

    It is important to reserve the memory you allocated the SWG just for that VM: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH187406.html
