This looks a bit complex to set up. I have not set it up yet, but it looks to be worth pursuing. Symantec, against all common sense, did not add a built in ticket search.
There is a report on the "Quick Search" tab that you can edit to make more options available when searching, however, it is very slow and I don't believe it gives you good results.
