Web Parts cannot add report
This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hey everyone,
When I create a new web part it appears that I cannot add a report. The link is greyed out or the I cannot click on the folder icon.
Any ideas why?

MArk
Hello Mark,
There is a hotfix update for the 6.5 console that must be applied to do this. See if you have this applied:https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=25949&p=1

Thanks for the reply.
However I cannot download the patch because the link isnt valid.
I already have the latest service pack installed - NS SP3 (KB39159).
Do you know anything other links I could use?
Cheers,
Mark
Check in add\remove programs and see if you don't have that fix first. I just clicked on the .exe link (attachments) and it downloaded fine.

Hi,
I didn't know there was a fix for that! Thanks Jim.
To the OP:
If you can't download the fix, you can find a web part that already uses a report, clone it and change to suit your needs. That's what I've been doing :-)
Dan
For the way that prerequisites are built in, and seem to download whether you want them or not sometimes (like Patch Management installed with the last App Metering upgrade awhile back), I would have thought this one would have been tied in at some point.
Dan, can you click on the link and download it? I can, so I'm not sure why Mark cannot.

The link works for me no problem.
Hey,
I just downloading the patch from within the document link above but still no luck. Is the patch big? Any chance some could email it compressed? If so, my email is mark_bayliss@stellamaris.com.au.
I appreciate everyone response and help here - its great.
