Created: 12 Jun 2011 • Updated: 12 Jun 2011 | 2 comments

Dear,

We bought Dedicated Server for my Organization, It will host many websites and Mail Servermaybe FTP Folders in future. We will have 2nd Server.

We are looking for advice about which best End Point Protection for the 2 Servers? Any Advice?

Note: The End Point Protection will be installed only on the 2 Servers (1 External Server:Websites,SQL Server, Mail Server...etc. 2nd Server Internal: Active Directory and FTP Accounts).

Best Regards,

Hello,

I have few questions here:

Why you want to Install SEP only on 2 server machines?

Again, I didn't understand your second question: "  5Lic for 5 Differ Servers? and not 1Server + 4Clients?"

However, I would advice you to Install Symantec Endpoint Protection v. 12.1 on Both server for File Security.

Whereas also, you may need to install a different Product Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange on the Mail Server for Exchange level Security.

NOTE: Symantec Endpoint Protection v. 12.1 is in Beta and would be released any time this year.
