web site blocked in SEP Manager but browser seted proxy , is it possible?

Hi , i have one rquirement , i am usign symantec end point protection manager, i am able site block from that, but when i use proxy then it this rule not working.. is there any another procedure, then i can use proxy and site block from Symatec Endpoint Protection Manager????

Does Anybody can help me regarding this issue????

see that is ok. i am able to block from symantec end point protection manager, but problem is if i use proxies in browser then that is not working, is there any solution of that? i want use proxy in browser and want to site block from SEPM,
