    Hello ,

    When I open a browser on my client machine, the new tab always appears the following web :

    Whether it spyware / malware ?
    If so, please help me to remove this browser .

    Lets verify if its a toolbar

    go to add/remvoe programs , if you see any toolbar listed remove it

    and also reset the IE settings to default.

    In addition, have you run a full scan with the latest defs in safe mode?

    Is it Firefox only? If so, did you recently install any add-ons?

    Under Firefox > Options > General, do you have that URL set to your Home Page?  What happens if you delete it and then restart Firefox?

    All browser.. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome..
    I have done it, but the result was still emerging web ..

    Does those add/ons show up in add/remvoe programs? its clearly a addon which is hooked to your browser

    run the power eraser just in case

    This issue has been resolved..
    I am scan using SERT tools with update definition..
